Plan Langues

 

The objective of Plan Langues is to offer the opportunity to learn at least one foreign language to all students. This programme includes English and Dutch. It allows a large number of students to acquire an excellent command of a second language.

 

Support modules are offered to ULB students free-of-charge thanks to the collaboration between ULB and F9.

 

 

Method

The objective of these modules is to allow students to acquire sufficient bases in a second language in order to better follow courses given at ULB.

F9 offers small group courses (10 to 15 students) that can really allow a quantum leap in a student’s language competence and considerably improve chances of successfully completing a university programme.

The method involves interactive learning of grammar and vocabulary, giving the student the opportunity to acquire the fundamentals of a language.

 

Who for ?

These courses are intended for students in « Sciences Appliquées » and « Philosophie et Lettres », starting from BA1, or for students from other Faculties, starting from BA2.

Finally, the courses are open to students who have recently graduated, to researchers, assistants and lecturers from ULB.

Duration

20 hour modules.
The students get access to multimedia facilities at will (self-studying software)

Schedule

Elementary(A1) and base(A2) levels: twice a week, Mondays and Wednesdays, from 18h30 to 21h00

Intermediate level (B1): twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 18h30 to 21h00
